The service

PlayNib provides browser games, daily puzzles, quiz tools, worksheets, and room-code multiplayer experiences. Core play works without accounts, and features may change as the site evolves.

Acceptable use

Players should use the site fairly, avoid abusive guest names, avoid interfering with rooms, and respect other people in multiplayer games.

• Do not enter personal student information, real names, school names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, dates of birth, or sensitive records.
• Do not create unsafe, inappropriate, hateful, sexual, exploitative, violent, gambling-related, scam-related, or illegal quiz topics.
• Do not paste copyrighted text dumps or material you do not have permission to use.
• Do not use quizzes, display names, or reports for bullying, harassment, impersonation, or targeted abuse.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, safety checks, moderation, reporting tools, or room controls.

Guest play

Core play works without accounts. Guest display names and local device identifiers may be used to support room play.

Doodle Drift room conduct

Doodle Drift rooms are private, no-login drawing rooms. Players are responsible for keeping prompts, guesses, drawings, nicknames, and reports safe for the people invited to the room.

• Do not create offensive drawings or prompts, including hateful, sexual, exploitative, violent, threatening, or unsafe content.
• Do not use Doodle Drift for bullying, harassment, impersonation, humiliation, targeted abuse, or private jokes that identify or shame someone.
• Do not include personal information in prompts, guesses, drawings, nicknames, room names, reports, or AI prompt-pack topics.
• Do not use copyrighted or trademarked content as prompts or drawings in ways that violate rights or mislead other users.
• Do not attempt to bypass private room access, guess album tokens, scrape private room artifacts, or share private albums publicly without permission.
• Do not abuse reporting, moderation, admin endpoints, rate limits, cleanup tools, or other safety systems.

Optional organizer accounts

If optional organizer accounts are introduced, additional account, billing, data deletion, and saved-content terms will apply. Attendees should still be able to join rooms without accounts.

Your content

You are responsible for prompts, quiz topics, questions, answers, drawings, guesses, nicknames, reports, and other content you submit. Do not submit content that you do not have permission to use.

By submitting content, you give PlayNib permission to host, process, display, moderate, copy, adapt, and remove that content as needed to operate games, show room results, provide quiz tools, maintain safety, and run the service.

AI-generated learning content

AI-generated quizzes, worksheets, flashcards, explanations, and answer keys may be inaccurate or incomplete. Users must review generated content before classroom, family, study, or public-library use.

Public quiz submissions may be moderated, hidden, rejected, or removed if they appear unsafe, low quality, private, infringing, spammy, or inappropriate for children.

Availability

The site may change, pause, or remove games as it evolves. Saved progress and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

PlayNib's site design, branding, game interfaces, text, code, and other service materials are owned by Anahit Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may use the site for normal personal, family, classroom, or event play, but you may not copy, sell, scrape, or misuse the service.

Safety and removal

PlayNib may remove content, restrict access, block abusive traffic, disable features, or investigate reports when needed to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or operate the service.

No warranties

PlayNib is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The site may contain mistakes, generated content may be inaccurate, and games or tools may not always work without interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Anahit Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access arising from use of PlayNib.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including rights under Australian consumer law where they apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, unless local law gives you rights that cannot be changed by these terms.
